Not sure if "misstep" is a word. Sure wish tirk would drop by to straighten me out. George W Bush was a klutz but at least he knew how many States we had. Add this to the faux pas for Obama (plus any others past or upcoming). Did a separate thread cause it's a different topic on same subject. http://news.yahoo.com/president-obama-causes-outrage-reference-polish-death-camp-002228231--abc-news-politics.html
Here is collateral evidence of a conspiracy by Obama, the liberal US press, and the liberal BBC to attack the image of Poland....but why? http://espnfc.com/us/en/news/1081585/ukraine-poland-denounce-bbc-report.html
Poland was one of the most anti semitic nations in all of Europe. Ironically, Germany was the nation where the Jews became an integral part of the culture.
You need to look up what "collateral" evidence means. Look up conspiracy, too. There is nothing conspiratorial at all in this article. If this lame crap is all the GOP has, the election is going to be a cakewalk for Obama.
Do you really want me to start listing Bush misspeaking issues? In fact, the Nazi extermination camps were all in Poland and the victims were largely Polish. It may be insensitive not to say Nazi death camps in Poland, but it was not in error.
If you don't see the absolutely clear and completely unrelated link to these articles then you have no imagination for conspiracy. I will not be able to define that for you. But really, Poland is facing criticism from some (and it was made into a BBC television special) regarding their fan's treatment of ethnically challenged football players. And now Obama makes this misspeak. The Polaks are just feeling a little bit sensitive right now.
I just happen to be a fan of soccer and have been reading about this. The Obama thing is well timed and just made me laugh. He gets a pass on this, but I am right back on his ass tomorrow!!
Bush lost. African Americans were all called niggers once too. I wouldn't go round reminded them of that, especially if I was running for public office. I said it was a misstep, not in error- though it is AN error.
