Obviously, you have no concept of the breadth and width and scope of the moral courage required to make a decision to put another human's life in danger. Equally as obvious is the fact that you're not familiar with the "Milgram Experiment" conducted in the early 60s that, among other things, illustrates how much easier it is to take an order from a superior that could cause harm to another human as opposed to giving that order in the first place. He heard from everyone available with valid intel pertaining to the operation and, even though they were only 55-60 percent certain Bin Laden was in the compound, made the decision to "go" ahead with the op. In fact, several of the military members he took council from advised him NOT to give the "go".
