No only when I ask to tell me how this infringes on rights and get no response. Because you can't even explain specifically why you disagree with it, that means you're getting your info somewhere and parrotting it.

How is it eroding rights? Because now everyone has to do background checks and can't slip through the back door. Are you for or against background checks?

In certain cases yes. If I want to buy a glock from my friend does he have to background check me?

i just bought a pistol from my buddy and no bill of sale or anything. the onus is on him if he sells to a convicted felon. the discretion is his responsibility. no taxes. no background. none of your business.

they clearly told you. when someone tries to push a law through and hes proven to be a lying piece of shit, we'll see whats in it after it passes type thing, who needs to read it. its about distrust of the left leaning muslim.
does one need to cite which examples of mistrust or are you oblivious to that too.

It gives the government a record of who owns firearms. This last piece of shit decree by our piece of shit moooslem-in-chief is just one step short of decreeing that all gun purchases, even those among friends who are not in the business of selling guns, would have to create paperwork for the government, with a fee attached no doubt. And there, my naive friend is your next step if the powers that be want to round up your only protection and leave you at the mercy of armed criminals.

No, read the executive order. Unless his primary goal is to make money by buying and selling guns, he doesn't have to do a background check. We're talking about dealers who say they aren't dealers.

He still wouldn't have to do a background check under this order unless he's a dealer primary engaged in the act of selling guns to buy money.
