Typical misleading title. This was done by bureaucrats within the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, not the Obama administration. You are stretching to find something to blame on Obama.

The first sentence of the article "Citing a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Obama administration is suing a trucking company for taking the keys away from an Arkansas driver and eventually firing him after he admitted he was battling alcohol abuse."

Unless I totally read that wrong. Proceed, spin doctor.

Just like the Obama administration is suing these different states for trying to protect their borders since the Obama administration won't do it. Of course he won't do it, he wants the votes.

No need to stretch. Anyone who can see past 5 inches in front of the face (figuratively speaking of course) can see there's no need to stretch.

From 2000 to 2008, how many blunders committed by various Commissions, Agencies or Departments of the US Guv'mint were blamed on "the Bush Administration?" The price of fame, pilgrim.

How much money can we save by eliminating the EEOC and EPA?

Two more worthless agencies!

Isn't Bush the elder responsible for the ADA? Wouldn't this mean that George H.W. Bush's Administration is suing the trucking company?

Also, when did being an alcoholic prevent someone from working? If you took every alcoholic out of an 18-wheeler, there would be a lot of stationary trucks at warehouses across the country.

Are you serious? Easily the dumbest thing you've ever said, and that's saying something. Are you actually advocating that known alcoholics should be allowed to drive 18 wheelers? That's incomprehensible ignorant.

Spoken like a true Obomite. 30 years from now far left crazies will still be saying everything bad that happened in Obama's life is all GW's fault. Typical Liberal blame everyone else philosophy.
Spoken like a true far left nut job. I mean who in their right mind would even consider taking away the rights of drunks to drive an 18 wheeler. I hear the Obama administration is going to propose that the government take a bottle of booze a week from every rich person(anyone with a job) and give it to drunken truck drivers in an effort to redistribute alcohol. That should make Nancy Pelosi happy. On a happy note with the direction Obama's economic team has things going everyone will be unemployed so it wont matter. This hope and change is working great.
