Can we finally give the O-line some credit for this game? We(including myself) have been very critical of the o-line so far this year. This game make no mistake about it, the o-line and the runningbacks won this game.

Yes, they finally played like they were sold to us and UF is a good defensive team.

Agreed. When you f up you deserve criticism but they did the job in a hostile environment.

Maybe the players only meeting was to call the o-line out and challenge them.

They have been making strides every game. You can see them getting better each game. Playing more as a team, as one.

They were fantastic Saturday in a hostile environment.

They improved for sure. They opened some holes on the run. But they still gave up several sacks and seven TBLs. They still have much room for improvement.

So, should we hold off firing the O-line coach for another game or two?

Remember how the fanbase wanted Pelini out at the beginning of his first season when they gave up 500 yards to AZ ST after Katrina and lost to Tennessee in the 2nd half. The more things change the more they stay the same.

I guess crow is tough for some to swallow. hence, the reaching for criticism instead of giving grimes credit.

the line played great. much of the problems was jennings' indecision. but major props to the oline for opening huge holes for LF and giving jennings ample time on the 3 out of our 4 passes.

As has been mentioned, FU is a good defensive team, especially against the run and given how predictable we were all night, it's encouraging to see that kind of effort. Now, we just need consistency. Kentucky won't be a push over. They went toe to toe with FU in the Swamp too and shudda/cudda/wudda won that game. Stoops is also a defensive coach, so if we can duplicate or exceed that performance on Sat, then it will be one more indication that they're starting to gel.
