Yeah he was cut but he still. applies to the last decade. as does bowe, Devery, buster Davis, James Wright, Odell, landry and even Josh Reed played not that long ago.

All good names except Reed played under Nick. Maybe it's because they're taught how to block which is so important in the NFL.

I thought we meant current rosters. That's a great list of players though. Josh Reed was fun to watch!

played in 2009. last decade was only qualification but kinda Defeats my point. not sure Clayton applies bc I've never been so disappointed in an LSU player after their rookie season as he disappeared and gave up on football.

I think bowe retired. KC released him last year or the year before I believe.

point being, its fucking amazing the talent we had at wr despite being ranked so many of those years. the correlation of a good passing offense getting the talent didnt apply here. we got them in spite of ourselves.

the QB at Oregon a couple years ago had committed to LSU and he changed his mind because Coach Fudd had listed him as "athlete" and not QB without even speaking with him. Not saying the Oregon QB would have made a difference but the fact is that Miles just doesn't have a good football mind. He's not in the game on the sidelines. I remember his first season when the TV cameras were on him and he was arguing about a meaningless call when the game was in it's last minute and behind him you could see assistant coaches scrambling screaming for a timeout. Miles was oblivious to the situation and turned to see his coaches gesturing T signs and Miles finally turned out to call a time out. He's a good guy - recruits but has never been and will never be a strategic minded coach. He's in la la land on the sidelines - wondering about his next gimmick play.

Why are we recruiting all these 5 stars WR's only to ever play more than 3 in the entire season most times.
