Guy's knee was down on the game tying 2 point conversion. Michigan State let em off the hook, and Washington got jobbed. Notre Dame could very well be on their way to getting blasted in another BCS bowl.

their defense may be worse than michigans. thats saying something.

michigan was close to going 5-0 and being the most overrated team in the country. theyre still close.

notre dame will lose 3 more games due to their defense.

iowa should rape michigan next week. a physical vs a finesse team. but who knows, that forcier kid may carry them again.

I don't know about Iowa, i really like the hawkeyes, but needing 2 blocked field goals to beat eastern iowa? or something like that, and barely beating arkansas state. The jury is still out on iowa, as it is on alot of D 1 teams this season.

ill beat it through your head eventually. much like we sleepwalk thru USL and vandi; yet we beat UGA. its the nature of college football.

teams can only get up for the 3 or 4 big games a season. the others they just go through the motions -for the most part.

washington beats usc then gets drilled by stanford.

houston beat tex tech and #5 okie st.

then gets drilled by UTEP tonight. the same UTEP team who had 53 total yards against texas yet had almost 600 tonight.

iowa should be amped up next week. it is michigan. and a terrible defense.

That wasn't just "another opponent." That was UW. Remember, we played them? And they beat USC?

At Iowa, we are a mystery onto ourselves. Stanzi comes out throwing bombs, looking like some all american type QB... poof.... 14-0. Then we decide to practice our running game for Michigan (I hope that's what the hell we were doing).... and.... poof.... all the air leaks out.

Stanzi now has 7 picks in the last four games, most with great protection... most to imaginary receivers. He may set the record for most "Defensive Player Of The Game" awards as a QB.

Sometimes I wish I didn't personally know his dad. I might be more negative.

yes but the best elixir for such a thing is a michigan defense. they are terrible.

ferentz's teams are most always solid defensively and fundamentally sound with good line play. rodriguez's team is just the opposite.

interesting matchup on paper but i think iowa should pound them into submission.
