    Anyone worried? Sheppard really running his mouth. Does anyone believe that he may be hurting us tonight?

    Most of our recruits committed early and we're currently at the top of the recruiting rankings. These last few uncommitted players are either the cream of the crop or just enjoy the spotlight. They all have a lot of offers so you're not going to get many.

    LSU has locked up most of the in-state recruits and are trying their hand at some top OOS players. Don't worry, we've got a great class. Even without gaining a recruit tonight, we're getting tons of publicity. The future looks bright!

    Shepard isn't talking anymore than anyone else. He just happens to have a microphone.

    Yeh Shep is just an 18 year old kid that is excited. Imagine if you were 18 and on national TV and excited about going to LSU. he is just geeked up and thinks everyone wants to go to LSU.
    We sometimes forget these are high school kids, not exactly mature...

    Only one recruit out of both high school games. A disappointment.

    We have the best class in the country. It wasn't that long ago that one of our caps was never on a table. LSU got some really good press tonight. Most of these guys that commited were hopefuls..nothing more. Debose does sting a little though. I thought we had him.

    Dissapointment Well Maybe but for me its hard to be dissapointed having the #1 recruiting class in the nation with what 4 5 star commits already after coming off the most dissapointing season in recent history ?
    Not me, I am estatic... Sure its always fun to watch some high school kid do the hat thing but in the grand scheme of things we are fine.
    Maybe we should have asked Loston to announce on TV and not a few days ago.

    We can't be spoiled.

    We had a ton of current commits and potential commits play in both of those games. Many of whom have not announced anywhere yet like Mingo, Randle, and Montgomery.

    I would rather lock up those top recruits early in the year like we did this year instead of a bunch of them holding out until now.

    This is the 1st time I remember this many current and potential future commits participating in these game.

    We had a bunch of commits in both games, just none announcing on TV. I'm not big on the drama types anyway.

    Thought we might pick up DeBose but Sheppard and Loston are great players. I was really impressed with the physical nature of CL.

    You're right about Debose. Makes me wonder who Chris Garrett was talking about when he said the coaches said they had another 5* WR locked up silently. Debose really does sting. Personally, I think this guy has a better career in college than Randle, but that's just me. Darn, I wish we had him.
