Northern Illinois to play in Orange bowl with Texas loss or Nebraska blowout loss

I actually feel really sorry for NIU. They are going to lose tons of money because of this. They are going to be on the hook for all the tickets, lodging, airfare, the works. The BCS sucks the life out of these smaller schools, UConn lost tons of money being selected a few years ago, and look what going to a BCS game did for them.... Nothing.

 

It will most likely bankrupt their program.... I know for sure that Kent State did themselves a huge favor by taking a shit in that 2nd overtime of what was a fantastic MAC title game.

 

And it won't be a Greyhound.
