You are correct, it is not looking good for Greg Little or Marvin Austin. More than likely there will be no ruling before Sept 4 so they will have to sit out. Quinton Coples is making the transition to DT from DE. Greg Little will be hard to replace also. Look for Erik Highsmith #88 or Jerhanie Boyd #87 to slide out and play #1 receiver. As for previous violations due to this the NCAA could make UNC forfeit the whole 09 season. Tiger Woods sat down to eat lunch with Arnold Palmer while attending Stanford. Palmer paid the bill for Tiger which was 13.50. Tiger was forced to repay Palmer and was suspended. That is Tiger Woods so it doesn't look good. Prior to this i had been very confident that we would surpass this and be 100% for lsu. Now i'd rather not follow anymore news on it, bank on not having Austin and Little, and just play the damn game
Yes and i have been questioning, and i still am getting no answers on Little. It is a fact now that former teammate Kentwan Balmer paid for Austin and Cam Thomas' trip. With that said i still am not getting how this affected Greg Little. Maybe he went too. Im thinking he'll be cleared but not before our game so he'll sit out along with Austin. Little is our best offensive player and Austin is our heart on defense. We still have enough on defense to be competitive but it'll be tough without Little on offense. As if it wasn't tough enough with him
It sucks that you may be losing Little too, but with all due respect, He wasnt going to do much anyway, not with Patrick Peterson on the same field. Sorry about the BS your boys are dealing with. Id like UNC full strength! But, Losing JJ, CS, and PP wasnt enough for us to use as excuses when we lost a heart breaker to bama last year, and I have seen crazier sh!t than an LSU loss to an under staffed UNC team on opening day

I agree i want thier best too, But it still better than opening the season up against....San Jose State, or Miami(OH) or Rice or Tenn Tech At least we put our nuts on the table....eh? With as much hate pointed in LSU's direction lately, we smash UNC, they play the excuse card, we barely get by or lose, its going to be a long weak of analyst calling for Miles and JJ's head!
