everyone gets beat, hell Detroit lost 3 out of 4 games to the Bulls last regular season, but punished them in the playoffs. Detroit, would finish no worst then 3rd in the West. Thats just real. The scheduling is the same to me. You play everyone. It matters if you make the playoffs consistently and do something with the opportunity, which the Rockets have a pretty bad track record this decade.
if you are going to be fair, you would have to include the entire body of work. their are 2 conferences. they dont rank you based on your win pct vs your own conference. You are splitting hairs now clair.
no... splitting hairs is refusing to admit that it's harder when you have to play dallas, new orleans, san antionio, phoenix, denver, utah and Los Angeles 28 times a year, rather than 14 times a year.
I wasnt saying the East is better in any form, as my aforementioned post states. But the discrepancy in Dallas' record is just odd...doesnt mean anything other than that.
here is more "hair-splitting" for you. The West has won 7 of the 9 titles since Jordan retired in those 9 series, their record is 31-17. looks like close to a 2:1 ratio.
Its not harder to have to play those teams. Now if you want to really get into it. Since Jordan, the west is where the Media Darlings are, except for LBJ and Wade and you see what the league did for those 2. Especially, LBJ.
I can't debate something that is so gramatically incorrect that I can't understand. The west is were are the? WTF?
it has nothing to do with that. i am not normally grammar police. but that last post was unreadable. and I didn't want to guess what you meant and guess wrong, you know?
