Has anybody thought that Coach Miles could of asked a D. C. that his team, that he is coaching is going to a Bowl Game? Maybe that is the reason why Coach Miles is tight lip about the D. C. search?
Oh you must post on Tigerdroppings huh? If you want to cut somebody down, why don't you go back to that Message Board and cut others down that Message Board is great for doing that.
man this thread has taken many faces now... haha as for your first question, yes, many people have said that they think he's going after someone who will be coaching in a bowl game. that is a possibility and a high one at that. that's not the problem i have. as i've already said, he waited too damn long last year and got nobody. i really don't think he wanted the co-dcs at all until his top 3 choices failed to materialize. that's why he needs to make known now that he's making a change. the longer he hides the info the more he's just protecting himself and that's going to backfire hugely if he sticks with these dcs.
Tend to agree with the not wanting the CO-DC deal, but I think he definitely showed a weakness in not naming one of them the DC. I also have the tendency to believe he knows he made a mistake and he's doing what's right to correct it. Not sure if those two guys will be retained. If not, I, too, think he's trying to set them up right prior to getting the ax. I may not be the biggest fan of Miles as a coach, but as a man, he's one of the best; a real stand up guy.
I don't hate anybody. I just don't agree with anything you say! But I do like to argue. If you didn't exist, I'd have to invent you. For the record, nobody gets deleted or banned for having an unpopular opinion. But members may just get in your face about it. Deletions happen because some people never bother to read the user agreement and break the rules. With the exception of single-digit flamers and trolls, you can count the members banned in the history of Tigerforums on your fingers. And only after multiple warnings and multiple infractions.
