No matter what happens tonight, I will still wake up tomorrow and be a :helmet: fan. In the last month, I have seen more people wearing :helmet: shirts and hats. I also know that most of these fans are bandwagon fans. They have just started to be their fans since they were in the National Championship game. I have always been a fan. Win or lose. So no matter what happens tonight I will still be a fan. :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux: :geaux:
Screw dat! If we don't win this game, I'm pulling off my LSU border, throwing every LSU item I have, burning all my LSU shorts, warm-ups and visors and will never buy another LSU ticket. Think I'll just focus more on my two second favorite teams- Florida and USC.
In all kinds of weather...we'll all stick togetherrrrrrrrr...oh wait...that's florida:wink: Fair weather fans are annoying...
I will burn whatever shirt I am wearing on gameday should we lose. It's a spiritual thing.
unless you're Florida's head coach: “Well, for those [seniors] who just put in their time and didn’t make any real contributions, it’s time for you to go. It won’t be hard to say goodbye to some of those guys who just went through the motions. Now for those kids who actually bought into the program, and who made some sacrifices and contributions — you know, like Bubba Caldwell….he’s a graduate of UF and had a great career — you’ll really miss those guys. But just because you’re a senior doesn’t mean you have any value.”
Aint no losers today folks. There will be a score but in the end it was a pleasure just to be part of the dance card. Everyone is gonna be proud no matter what. We just do. :geaux:
I watch every LSU game with the same group of friends. In 2003, one of the guys had a Santa Claus figure dressed in P&G and we adopted him as our mascot. We put Santa by the TV for every game. We went on a hunting trip in October and forgot to bring Santa. That was the only game he missed...a loss to Florida. After the BCS Championship, we retired Santa. This year, out of desperation, we un-retired him for the Bama and SECCG games. Santa remains undefeated and will be perched squarely by the TV tonight. Fear not friends. Santa will not let you down.
He tells it like it is. I don't blame him. I think he puts everything he has into it and expects the players to do the same...there were some issues but now they will be gone. He doesn't put up with the BS like Zook did. I wish we did that with a lot of things in this world. Earn your place not expect it.
