Being the topic is how they dealt with it, Nixon played the blame game and locked people of for drug offenses. you know what the remedy is now that a lot of white kids are using heroin. a bill in congress to change the drug laws around and deal with the treatment side of it and relax the criminal side of it. The policy is the difference here. Look at Maine, Governor LePage, blamed black drug dealers for flooding the state with heroin at state that 93 percent white. Its not the users fault of of course, because they are white mainly from the lips of a republican

At a town-hall meeting on Wednesday night, Republican governor Paul LePage of Mainetold voters that the state’s drug problem was caused by troublemakers from out of town who come to Vacationland to sell heroin and impregnate white girls.

“These are guys by the name D-Money, Smoothie, Shifty," the governor said. "These type of guys that come from Connecticut and New York. They come up here, they sell their heroin, then they go back home."
