i'm not, i'm just well versed in pop culture. or maybe i am old. a teenager would call me old i guess.
did anyone read the posts at the bottom. it gets me stirred up that LSU fans want everyone to just stop talking about Saban. That even the slightest mention of him is like saying "voldemort" in the wizarding world (Sorry muggles). And then you have the people who think that we owe Saban because LSU is where its at today solely because of Nick. LSU has always been LSU, we have always had the talent, we just didnt have a coach who was worth half a squirrel fart until Nick came along. He took the old 57 chevy out of the back yard, polished it up, and what do you know. Plus alot of credit goes to the entire coaching staff and players that played here under him. What i never hear anyone talk about, is why LSU gets no credit for being the ONLY reason Nick Saban is where he is today, because if i remember correctly, before Nick came to LSU which according to everyone was a **** program, that **** program beat Nick Saban in a bowl game 45-26. Saban's winning pct at LSU was .750 when his winning pct everywhere else combined was .602 and this is including to years at Toledo when he led the rockets to two 9-2 seasons. i know this is not the most popular view of the saban tenure at LSU, but i calls em like i sees em.:geauxtige
a lot goes to nick. deal with it and get over it. nick has won a NC at a school that was struggling to have a winning season. he also went 12-0 with an average alabama team. he has nothing to prove. anyone with half a braincell knows hes an excellent coach and doesnt let their envy turn into anger; nor trying to convince themselves otherwise.
That is not official... Still Rumor at the present time but I wouldn't be surprised if true. I do know it could not be considered a recruiting violation because the visit did not take place on an official visit, Randle did not meet with any LSU alum/boosters, and he was not offered the internship. Miles and Staff did their research.
