LOL, all that with his fingers crossed behind his back while backing out of the Miami Dolphins facility. Miami gave him the keys to the bus with no limits and unquestioned power which eliminated any excuses. He even had his choice between Drew Brees and the forgotten ex Vikings QB. Tricky Nicky and Punktrino have something in common. They both slipped out under the cover of night after humiliating themselves as NFL flops.
which would also put uga in the sugar as sec aq. conspiracy alert! how much more money would the sec make with three bcs teams, when the above scenerio is the only way to get three teams in the bcs? :hihi:
Or just like UM...."I have not been offered any job or accepted any job" all the while knowing he would be the next head coach at Ohio State. These guys serve themselves they could care less about being honest.
We haven't won the conference yet either guys, unless you go by overall record. Anyway, this COULD come back and haunt us too. Doubtful, but anything is possible. I realize it was the Alabama coach that said it and not Miles, but if we're gonna call them out on it, we better be ready to accept the consequences too.
I think they talked about this on one of the BCS countdown shows. IIRC, it's not as much as you might think. When a conference gets 2 in, I'm pretty sure they don't get twice the money. It's a much more modest amount for the second team (comparatively).
i *think* i read someplace, tho now i cant remember the article, it would be roughly 12 mil dollars more. not at all twice the amount. but 12 mil is a nice little chunk of change.
I don't think that's right. See here:2010-11 revenue distribution data released This was from last year, but if a BCS league get's only their AQ team, they get $21.2MM. If they get a second team, it's "only" an additional $6MM. I assume it would be the same for the third team as well. So maybe that $12MM figure is if there are 3 teams? edited for wrong link
