You're not paying attention. Nick is not in the process of making a decision. The only thing that's happened is that Miami expressed the desire to have him as their coach and he listened to what they had to say. The media and internet have blown this way out of proportion. All coaches have agents. All good coaches have agents talking to other teams. This goes on everywhere, every day.
