    This includes the increase in the salary cap slated for 2007.

    The Saints have only 1 big signing and that's Charles Grant, who I am sure they will resign. Look for the Saints to get a big time DB and LB in free agency. I am not sure what contract Hollis Thomas is currently under (may be free agent after this season as well).

    Lots of teams have lots of cash to spend. This year appears to be a great year to be a free agent.
