So I'm watching the Bills and the Jaguars. Buffalo just scored a defensive TD to go up 30-27 (5 minutes left in the game) and on the defensive TD there is a 15 yard penalty for excessive celebration. Can you choose to enforce that penalty on the point after try? That would have added another 15 yards to what is already a long PAT, and try to keep it to a 3 point lead. The Jags didn't and now it's 31-27, they chose to take it on the kickoff, there was a return to the 20 yard line on the kickoff. My question is can you accept the penalty on the PAT?
By the way, England is awesome, or maybe it's the Jaguars. LSU scores a TD and we get that stupid fucking bitch im from Louisiana song, which is completely retarded. And the Jags or maybe it's England, plays Pennywise Bro Hymn. That's fantastic.
happened early on in the season with someone. cant be enforced on PAT. and yes that song makes me want to gouge my own ears out.
Before this year when XP's were kicked from the 2 it didn't make sense to even give an option. Nobody would have forgone a kickoff from the 50 in favor of a point after kick from the 1. Now that the XP's are backed up it might make sense to change the rule so that if a team needed the XP to win or tie late in a game give them the option of kicking it from the 2 again. Especially if the conditions are rain, snow and/or wind
Exactly or in the scenario above, Jacksonville is down 3, forces Buffalo to kick a 47 yard extra point. That's not a sure thing. If they miss now Jacksonville only has to score 3 to tie late in the game. Of course it was moot because the Jags scored a TD anyway, but still.
