I'm sure some idiot is going to come in here and call you racist but its the truth...

High black population areas=more abundance of athletes. Its pretty much common sense. That is why the South is such high recruiting beds nationally for CFB.

It's funny how the predominantly white New England states always portray the south as racist. They claim there are no problems up there as their 1-2 tokens are treated equally.

I just remember as Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, Ted Kennedy, Bob Kerry, etc. complained about the lack of assistance rendered during Katrina...none of them bothered to invite anyone to their state.

I'm sure their opinion (off the record of course) was if you give them a little federal assistance, they'll remain there and not relocate to our state.

We have our problems but I think we have better (and to a greater extent) interaction between white/black than anywhere in the country. Nothing brings everybody together more than a Saints' win! I hope they show the positive interaction for a change and stop trying to give every story a negative racist theme.

Chicago, Detroit, New York, etc. have their fair share of problems too yet we're the ones they point fingers at. Damn Yankees! :hihi:

Jimmy the Greek would have been fired for mentioning such a thing. Oh, wait,, he was.

But now that you have brought it up, has anyone actually did the breakdown on the race of the current NFL players from each state? That would be an interesting stat. I woud assume that the Manning boys are "from" Louisiana. Just saying
