I don't have kids. Thank God!

Yes, my mom doesn't like JJ either.

If the personal attacks are saying he sucks as a qb then atleast I can say I am not a liar. Where did I attack his character? In fact if you go back I am the one that said he is not a thug.

Well that's one thing we CAN agree on.

Why do you ignore the play of the O line Jan 9 and other points made and just jump on JJ? "JJ sucks x 1000000" is a personal attack not a criticism. Do you know the difference?
To criticize play or performance based on facts and analysis is one thing and you can determine that he didn't have the skills to be a top flight QB or what ever level of play and defend him against personal attacks and NOT be a hypocrite.
Yes you have freedom of speech and can prove you are a fool and a knave anytime you want. Likewise we have the freedom to call you on it. Ignoring bad speech only serves to further it so I wouldn't think of ignoring you for that reason.

Hey guys, new member here but have been lurking for a while now. I'm an LSU alumni with the honor of attending from 03-08 and seeing us get 2 titles in the span. I love LSU and I hate to see anything negative about our team, but after reading a lot of this thread I have to disagree with Ms. Stacy. The last four years at qb were not terrible. That blanket statement attempts to nullify the outstanding job JL did for us through 8 games this season.

Jarret was not only an adequate qb during this time, he was amazing. His bad game vs bama does not make him a bad qb nor does it make JJ better.

Lastly, the best thing about JL was that even through everything he went through this season, he never threw Les under the bus the way JJ did.

Welcome and very good post. She didn't use the word "terrible" and (I think) was only attempting to defend the incessant bashing towards JJ. Yes, JL did play very well this year as did JJ with the exception of the 1st half vs UGA and obviously Bama (perhaps the greatest D college football has ever seen).

I said it was a summary of someone else's posts. Go back and read the 2 dozen or so in this thread alone if you don't believe me.

Not sure how you get "expression of venom" from one post in a thread several pages long. If you could not sense the attempt at humor in my post...........that is certainly YOUR PROBLEM. If you don't know that the two guys I mentioned in my post ARE NO THREAT for ANY AWARDS based on decision making skills............that is also YOUR PROBLEM. Checkout my avatar, decision making skills have always been kind of important to me.
In my current job, you better hope my decision making skills are better and faster if you happen to be riding in my airliner............ ie. let's just say the kind of birds Sullenberger hit in NY leading to his landing on the Hudson River have always had my attention, I had/have a plan, I'll make the decision and you sit back and hold on. I believe you can find more criticism of those two than you care to read.

I went back and read your post

"The real question.............who would finish a Sodoku puzzle first,
Jefferson or Russell???? Which one of them even knows what Sodoku is????

Personally, I see JJ as the FIRST Afro American alligator hunter on Swamp People!!!! Hurry choot'em! He juss came back alive!!!!"

I don't see the humor in it other than a bully's type attempt to make himself feel good at other's expense. I still say it is insulting and venomous.
Don't see it a good example of your decision making skills or bravery either. At least others own up to their opinion. BTW tell me which airline you fly for so I can be sure to not to book a flight on it ever.

    The O line faced

Not a pass rush but a rushing defense . JJ could not make the plays . They knew he could not throw . Remember the shovel pass?? For sure JJ is not , should not have been a QB . Maybe a running back with the option to throw off the run , that would give him a second or two longer to find the open man .
have the Saints talked to JJ yet . He needs to be the starting QB next season for the Saints . Don't you agree ??
