no one is disputing that USC is a great team. we are disputing that they don't have to deal with playing Florida, Kentucky, Auburn, then Alabama all in a row like LSU does. There are few opportunities to rest starters in our league and few opportunities to rest in our league, causing the league to be mostly survival of the fittest... that's all they are saying.
Only because you are SO unwilling to admit the least bit of talent concerning USC football. You've insisted we play no one of any consequence, have a joke of a schedule, so what else is to be determined? That's all, no harm or insult intended. I was feeling feisty, ignore me.
Auburn is going to be on par with Fla/UGA imo. If their offense clicks at least. They should be a completely different team.. they have the athletes on defense. It'll be interesting to see how they respond to a new offense/defense. Their new QB is a scrambler. He's got good speed.. a good arm (accuracy problems currently). Just an overall athlete. They have a stable at RB.. 3 good runners will all have fresh legs. A young and talented offensive line.. (watch out for bosley, he's a mean cuss. used to brag about taking out knees in highschool) They do appear to be weak at FB/WR. If some players step up and their offense clicks.. we'll be in a battle for the west.
Just like I have never said USC is not a talented team. Gotta hate it when someone expresses your thoughts for you, eh?
Well whose idea was the super conference and CCG? Look, I've already said that top to bottom the SEC is a stronger conference. I just don't believe it is light years better as what some here might think. And I also believe that not enough cred is given to teams who play 6-6 road and home and completely avoid Div1AA teams.
