If there's one positive that we have playing the 'Cocks next week is that it might be a trap game for them. They had a big, emotional win tonight against UGa and they play FU the week after that. And, they're known to have let downs after big wins. That, plus its a night game in Tiger Stadium. Granted, it's not much, but it's all I got. After seeing the beatdown they put on UGa and the way that defense played, it's realistically the only chance we have.
Hopefully USC blew their wad last night. I think they'll come in expecting to win and get punched right in the mouth by a piss off LSU team.
So 2nd loss in two years and we become a trap game team in our own stadium??? LSU wins this game. Book it
I don't think LSU has scored an offensive touchdown against an SEC team since the SEC championship game, wait, 1 against Auburn, my bad. It doesn't look good.
Pretty much. What indication have you had in the last 3 weeks that the outcome will be any different?
I dont honestly I just realize that we just are not as good this year as last. We have to many injuries a very poor WR crew an Oline on life support. Tack on a QB with no pocket awareness and has been to put it kindly a massive letdown for us fans.. I am one of the few who doesnt want to Les tarred and feathered. Perspective is a good thing. Other teams also have top recruits, fans, facilities, etc and we will lose game from time to time. He is human like all of us so yes he is not perfect. But at the end of the day he has led LSU through the best years of our fandome...... I actually expect us to lose and be a pretty good underdog. Several years ago, we were expected to lose every game and we normally did. I remember those days well and not on the we need to fire Les bandwagon knowing that in the last 21 games LSU is 19-2....... I am sure we lose a few more games this year. We lost a great deal from last year. Still a big fan of our coach and team. Just have come to terms that last year was a rare season. I predicted 3 losses this year, I still stand by that...
