All of the injuries and resulting subs. this year will only prove to help next year. So many players received valuable game experience b/c our starters were hurt and either couldn't paractice or even play come Sat. Those young receivers will won't be so green...Crowtons system..not so new...RP will have all spring/summer to practice as "the man" w/ a pretty good back-up challenging him...Our running back stable is...well...minus everyones hero, Hester, but hopefully he taught them well, and those who remain aren't too shabby.....Our defense always ends up ok after the kinks are worked out....if they would just announce who will be coaching them officially!!
Schedules no harder than year before last...and we did ok...so much depends on how everyone else does....
    WOAAAAA...I'm all excited, now!!

I see us competing for the West. We probably win at least 10 games. We will probably lose 2 games: Florida and one other out of UGA, South Carolina or Arkansas.

Our offense will be loaded. I think Scott steps up and gets the tough inside yards but there is some fall off without Hester. Still Keiland has a breakout year. I think Keiland, Scott and Murphy have very big years.

Ryan if he stays out of trouble puts up stupid numbers.

WR's go off. LaFell and Tolliver come into their own and Byrd is first team All-SEC.

    Oline is solid.

    Defensively

D line the best in the country...again. C'mon, Jackson, Alexander, Francois, Favorite, Pittman. Are you kidding me?

LB- concern but Beckwith is a stud in the middle.

CB's - biggest concern. Can Eugene step up? Coleman, Chad Jones and Taylor are players.

We are loaded the only thing that is a concern is the secondary.

    For USCe:

    1) Smelley is going to be a heck of a QB. I'm thinking he'll end the season with around a low-mid 60s CMP%. He was young.. he'll get better during the off season and quit making freshmen mistakes.

    2) Senior RB stepping up. He'll average 5+ypc.

    3) I don't think they're losing a single WR. Unless Mckinley is leaving for the draft. They're going to have a a solid experienced WR core next season.

I think they'll be ranked simply because of a more potent offense. They already had a hell of a pass defense and they seem to be returning talent on D.
