I didn't like the uniforms until I saw the way the team played with them on. Maybe it is me? I thought this team played with better intensity, maybe even the best game I've seen all year? They were more hungry also?
That was what I liked the most about the jerseys. I really liked the uncluttered white pants with the small purple LSU on the upper thigh.
Maybe they should start putting the names on the back of the jerseys down by the waist so we can actually read the names.
LOVED them...other than the gold on the shoes. I'd love to see us wear those more often instead of the purple jersey on gold pants. I'm definitely a traditionalist...but these looked GREAT compared to the crap UGA, Boise, Oregon, etc. have worn.
Pants without stripes look like leotards. The armpit stain design is bad, too. Neither the purple or the gold were the right shades for LSU.
Very simple. You switch over to the game, don't see who is actually playing. Can you tell by looking at the team? No. You could not see the team colors until there was a close up. Not a fan.
