New Orleans Saints Offseason and Draft Thread

This could prove to be a steal if he can keep his mind right. He's had behavior issues. Let's hope Payton and Brees can keep him in check.

Predicting the first round is sort of easy but how many people predicted taking Arrington in round 7!

 

I know he's not a favorite here but I didn't expect Booty to drop as far as he did either. Not a strong draft for QB's or WR's really.

 

Arrington will be a huge steal if he doesn't have behavior issues. Colston, Arrington, and Meachem has the potential to be downright scary.

 

Shawn Alexander is visiting New Orleans this week. I hope he doesn't stubb his toe getting of the plane, he'll have another reason to sit out the season. Since he got his big contract he has been nothing but soft.

 

I think some might get a steal in Shaun. He isnt what he used to be but is better than what he showed in his injured seasons. Plus I think he would be even better in something than a pure west coast offense where he doesnt have to be used as a decoy or try to become a legit pass catcher.

 

Haven't seen any reports from Saints yet but hearing Alley B signed with them.

 

That would put to rest the Alexander talk. How many running backs do they want?

 

Am I crazy for thinking he has NFL talent? If he could have stayed iwth the program, he would have been a GREAT back for LSU.
