I am leaning to stay put but getting Dorsey would be where my heart is.

For the staying put vs. Lito move, my mind might change if I knew what the Saints were getting along with Lito. If it is just Lito who might contribute to the team for a couple years and their 1st round pick, I would just stay put.

I think Dorsey would help with ticket sales because you know he would one of the main promotions the Saints would use to get butts in the seats.

For the record, I think Dorsey is better than Ellis but not by a wide margin.

Re: Saints Offer Jammal Brown to Rams to Get Dorsey

I would never give up brown to move up. that would make no sense.

dorsey is better than ellis because he is more dynamic but that doesnt mean it will equate to a more solid player on sundays.

i want either one and Id imagine eliis would cost less especially now this jamaal brown debacle is rumored.

if you like a player and decided hes going to be the star of your franchise, you go get him.

but there should be limits. not subtraction by addition. brown is their best o-lineman.

i hope the Saints arent that crazy unless J.Brown Knee is damaged and wont recover fully never and continue to have problems but I wouldnt give up him and the first round pick.

that has to be the case and what i was thinking. he may only be half of what he was prior to injury and they are looking to unload him now before its evident.

i guess the saints know something about his knee but the rams arent dumb.

if not this is horrible, even if they have another ol high on the board.

i just wonder if dorsey wasnt from louisiana if they would they be doing this.

nah the saints have a history of going out of their way not to take local guys. they actually prefer soft UT players, usually wide receivers.

Im sure sean payton just likes who he likes and goes after them. much like i would do.

im not questioning that he is first on their board, but rather would they would give up so much because they are thinking jersey revenue, attendance, etc with dorsey.

too much pressure to draft favorites these days.

unless you knew ted ginns family prior to getting an nfl job.
