saints linebacking crew looks a helluva lot better. just signed dan concussion morgan to a 1 yr contract. at least he still looks badass. if he can play most of the year (hes playing to prove himself) on the weak-side with vilma playing middle and some strong. fujita will be opposite. with blue gay as a nickel the saints have some high risk high reward guys that could pay off. others being meachem and devery. the saints are the roll of the dice team at almost every position. they also re-signed billy miller.
they can either work well or it can backfire and be horrendous. they WILL battle injuries this year. you can't have a team full of injury prone guys and not severely battle it. they just need to make sure they all happen at the right times.
yep id much rather this route than be spending money on garbage that the raiders are doing. al davis is pretending he has a printing press handing out contracts to basically no one. javon walkers contract is insane. he could barely walk once he returned with the torn knee. i still wanted the saints to get asante. need a real playmaker in the secondary to make everyone else better. thats what the saints are lacking bigtime.
The Saints have realized its "All about the U", If Vilma and Morgan can stay on the field our defense should be pretty good
need a cover corner on the other side of McKenzie then we can start talking defense and get rid of that awful phuck Bullocks i hate him more than any other player in sports history
I am glad the Saints are making moves that appear to make sense. The two new LB's should help a lot, and the CB Gay should help shore up the secondary. The Saints D should improve next year w/ these acquistions, and w/ the 10th pick in the draft they should be able to get some help. :crystal::geaux::crystal::geaux::crystal:
Saints sign Mark Brunell to back up Drew Brees. I like the signing. Should the unthinkable happen, and Drew Brees go down, we aren't entirely dead... just mostly dead.
I liked Lance Moore as a returner last year but I think Skyler could do some special things if he just gets the oppurtunity
Marques C. had knee surgery via NFL Network. Also Dallas Cowboys, New England, and the N.O. Saints are in the running for Pacman Jones.
