    Be honest. He exceeded what 90% of us expected. That’s exceeding expectations. Doesn’t mean it’s acceptable for the long run. As many have said we didn’t can Mikes for more of the same. He needs to be much better this year and frankly he needs to truly compete for the SEC.

    .5 mil bonus to win the natty. Bunch of other incentives. Shoulda gave him a .5 mil incentive just to beat the gumps.
