although it isnt right for bama to get a second shot, the other side of that coin is everyone thinks they are the second best team in the country. I say we expose them. Yes they are tough, we played at THEIR house! what do you guys think the score would have been in Tiger Stadium? the best team won and we will win again, only this time there will be no doubt!

I agree and it is a significant issue but he's a system QB. He's used the BCS system as an argument for when other scenarios exposed imperfections. Now that some LSU fans want to feel it's not fair because of who we're playing? Gimme a break. I'd hate to see if we were undefeated and locked out like Auburn.

Are people getting that? We're not bitching about being in; rather, who we're playing. I'm glad boxing isn't full of pussies like that or we would've missed a lot of great fights...rematches.

Muhummad Ali was an undisputed champion. He never lost a rematch. During his 20-year career, he twice beat the likes of Sonny Liston, Floyd Patterson, Joe Frazier and Ken Norton.

That's what bama fans said about us beating them, too. You're being guilty of what LSU fans have been- just the other end.

Don't think it's a done deal, it's not. USC fans thought they would be in just like Bama fans are right now. And THEY were actually ranked #1 in at least A poll. Bama sitting at #2 doesn't mean it's a reach to think the aren't put in the game.

As did Auburn going into this point undefeated- and most SEC fans who didn't think an undefeated SEC team would be shut out. Far bigger move than letting bama sit home and watch after losing to the #1 team.

+1 and just to add to that sentiment is what we are witnessing is the Lsu, number one team being penalized for winning their division and quite possibly the seccg in the attempt to stake a claim to playing in the bcsncg while Alabama lost to Lsu at Alabama gets to sit out and gets a shoe in to the title game. Now how does that strike anyone as fair and logical? That the number 2 team can lose or choke as a better description in their own house essentially get a free ride to the title game. And I thought Boise State was bad after they defeated Georgia.

How are we being penalized? We're in. Yet you claim "logic" in your argument? Sheesh.

Then you may want to start worrying about Georgia.

We are not guaranteed anything right now and everything is pure speculation should a lose occur in the seccg. The only sure thing right now is a victory in the seccg will be enough for a spot in the bcsncg.

Sleep well tonight sir, we're in. What LSU fans are crying about isn't a guaranteed birth, rather, a guaranteed win.

Dude, I'm not worried about a phuckin thing other than being able to get a ticket to see my Tigers win another National Championship.

I wasn't worried the first time we played Bama. I thought it would be much worse. RR doesn't drop many passes. He catches that TD pass and we're not having this discussion. Plus if Shep didn't have to stop, that's another. That game could have easily been a 10 point margin of victory. Why you think I want another shot at Saban's uptight azz?
