Don't bother. It's as clear and simple as can be. They get it they just want to be difficult. They have a Saban complex and want LSU to lose to Saban.
As subtle a difference as it is, as many as 2 voters moved Alabama down a spot to #3 this week. As many as 5 voters total have Alabama at #3, although it could be the case a couple of voters have them at #4 and another voter has them at #3 or some other combination resulting in a loss of 5 points from a consensus 2nd place, impossible to tell. That's significant. Not everybody is on board for Alabama facing LSU. How many more voters are ready to jump ship once Oklahoma State trounces Oklahoma? The Cowboys only need about 15 voters total to get to #2 in the BCS. They could be a third of the way there already.
What makes you think OSU it going to trounce the Sooners? The Vegas oddsmakers don't. Personally, I think they will be lucky to beat OU.
You haven't been watching Landry Jones lately. A couple of really bad interceptions and that game gets out of hand quickly
I haven't. But looking at him and the OSU QB, they both have 12 picks. The OSU QB has 6 more TD passes. I'm just not sold on OSU in a big game situation. OU's used to the big stage.
Who's loss is more impressive, a 3 point loss to the #1 team in overtime or losing to Iowa State. Why is it a valid argument that the Iowa state game is a fluke but not the Bama game? If LSU had been the team to lose by 3 in overtime how many of you would be saying LSU doesn't deserve another shot? TBH I don't care who LSU plays because I think we roll anyone in that game. So bring on Bama and shut the gumps up for good. If OSU cries tell them next time don't lose to Iowa State.
