You could sat the same thing about Florida after they got best down in the Swamp by Bama, and Texas fell further after losing to OU than Florida did after losing to Bama. Both Florida and Texas have Top 10 or even top 5 talent, both have high-dollar coaching staffs, but both have new coaching staffs and are struggling at QB
Also beat BYU and UCLA, UCLA was most impressive because they flew out to L.A. and beat them down in the Rose Bowl...beat them worse than top 10 Stanford was able to do at Stanford and beat them much worse than top 25 Houston was able to do in Houston But Texas plays top 10 Oklahoma State next so they'll be out of top 25 if they don't show up for that one
Thank you. I hate when they place the updated W/L records on the old poll. LSUsports is currently showing the old AP poll.
Beating UCLA right now is not impressive. That program has been decimated between Karl Dorrell and now Rick Neuheisal. I kind of feel bad, but only kind of.
Florida looked like a Tulane-caliber team against LSU and Bama, while A&M went toe to toe with top 10 Arkansas and top 10 Oklahoma state in their only 2 losses. Up next for the aggies is top 25 Baylor.
Man, what did Kansas do wrong to get Okie St., Oklahoma and Kansas St all in a row? They have already given up 181 points in their 3 losses and 66 more in their two wins.:dis: I work with a Jayhawks grad.
What does this mean??? "Had to go with 59 votes instead of 60, unfortunately, but 1 ballot could not have drastically altered rankings, unless voter left out LSU." CoTweet • 10/9/11 2:02 PM Retweeted by RandyRosetta
