With Broyles out I don't know if OU will beat OSU. Broyles really is Jones' only guy that he can just toss it up and let a wr go get it. I think OSU pulls it out and then we get to stop like the 4th best spread offense in the nation when we've already killed two better spread offenses.
I am seeing things differently after last night. I think Boise deserves their shot, and would welcome them into the Superdome with open arms. They will have the advantage at QB. We will have the advantage at the other 10 positions on offense, all 11 positions on defense, and at special teams. Kellen Moore better play one whale of a game.
Man, I wish people would get off the Boise bandwagon....look at their schedule. vs Georgia 35 - 21 (UGA is maybe the 4th best team in the SEC) vs Toledo 40 - 15 (Toledo scored 15??) vs Tulsa 41 - 21 (Tulsa had 3 TD's) vs Nevada 30 - 10 vs Fresno 57 - 7 vs Colorado State 63 - 13 vs Air Force 37 - 26 (Really, they only beat Air Force by 11 at home?) vs UNLV 48 - 21 (UNLV, possibly the worst team in D1) I don't want a rent-a-win for the National Championship. If not Bama, give me Stanford (although we would blow them out also), OU, OKState....anyone but this wanna be, who would never consider playing in a real conference.
screw boise, if it aint Stanford or OSU, I want Bama again in NOLA. How great would taking two from the Gumps against what most are calling the greatest Gump team in history.
Of course he did. After all, Boise BLEW OUT UNLV. What did LSU do? They barely got by and had to go to OT to do it. LSU obviously sucks.
You make a great point, but some real team has to finally put an end to the Boise State nonsense; you know, the sort of nonsense that has them getting ranked in the top 5 to start the season. Who better to the task than our Tigers? Stoops couldn't do it; Gary Patterson didn't do it; Richt choked. Miles will not fail; he will prevail.
Wow, looks like they r setting up for a rematch. Stan and os will get beat and that will leave bama #2.
