    BS.

There are more than enough ways to come to this country LEGALY.

It doesn't matter if most who come aren't into crime b/c there is so much crime on the border b/c of the lack of force that all this is an issue.

It’s not like Mexicans are fleeing a war torn country or other harsh conditions, THEY ARE WORKING THE SYSTEM.

Hopping a fence is another issue when you consider an illegal that lives in Colorado for a few years just evading taxes and so forth.

They know what they are doing and what they are doing is wrong.

They need to be pointed out and punished for it.

I don’t think a person here feels that they shouldn’t have the same opportunity, however they need to do it right. Simple.

It's when you would work the system year after year that you would be condemned.

Work hard and do it right and no one will complain.

But that isn't true for most illegals. Most of them do hard manual hot jobs for little money, and folks still want them gone.

Basically this judge is saying that even though the Feds won't enforce their own laws, she won't allow the State to enforce them either. Her ruling was purely idealogical as will the 9th Circuit's once this judge rules at trial. If we can keep a SC judge from dying in the next year or so, there may be a chance for the law to be upheld at the Supreme Court.

Everyone wants stuff for free or cheap, but that statement is not a checkmate in this issue. As a nation we have a right to enforce our borders or vote for them to be completely open. If people in power want to change the law they can, but they won't. They would rather give a nod and a wink and kick it on down the road. Getting cheap immigrant labor and enforcing our border to stop the stress that illegals put on the border states are not mutually exclusive. But they do require the govt to actually do the work they were hired to do.

Our govt. needs to get busy paying attention to what the majority of its constituents want or put themselves on the endangered list.

    Yea, if they are illegal.

    Whats not to get??????

Pay your dues like everyone else and STFU and go to work.

Stop looking for hand outs, stop cheating the system and stop calling people racist for not wanting illegal’s to infest our country.

If people want Hispanic Americans gone, that means they are legal, then that is a small number of racist pigs but it gets equaled out to the other number of racist pigs on all sides.

So, you have no point really.

The issue is not Mexican immigrants, it is ILLEGAL IMMAGRANTS.
