"The judge also delayed parts of the law that required immigrants to carry their papers at all times, and made it illegal for undocumented workers to solicit employment in public places. In addition, the judge blocked officers from making warrantless arrests of suspected illegal immigrants."

good work. warrantless arrests are absurd. save that for the people for whom the suspected crime is terrorism, not illegal immigration. illegal immigration is a not a problem to the extent that warrantless anything is justified.

Lets face it, everything now is passed or not passed along party lines.
I really don't think conservatism or the way the country was founded will survive the next ten years.
If things continue the coarse that they are on I am done with all of this.
I just don't get how people can be happy with the destruction of the country, the illegals fit in to that scenario perfectly.
Either we enforce the laws in this country or we don't.
I don't understand how you can just pick and choose and get away with it.
I guess that is what liberalism is all about.

i was specifically referring to the practice of permanently keeping biometric data from someone that was arrested but not found guilty. seems to be an invasion of privacy or illegal seizure. if they are going to do this, why not just take a swab from every one when they are born?

You know its too bad that when someone gets upset, posts something or thoughts are going through their brain, they may sometimes use a similar word or make a mistake that someone does this type of thing.
I don't think one word spelled wrong or a phrase should be the main issue in any argument.
Such a petty thing really, I admit that writing paragraphs and these types of things isn't one of my strong points.
This isn't the first time we have been around this block but it is definitely the last.(SF)
Like one of my former bosses use to say, if you don't use it you lose it well I worked in the construction industry for 20 years along with various other jobs since where I didn't have to do any grammar.
As I have gotten older I find myself thinking the right word and sometimes unintentionally spelling the wrong word.

What all this boils down to is I see no point in myself returning here, I believe time has run its course and people are too childish.
Most don't even understand what is truly happening in this county.
An Illegal now has more freedom to roam around Arizona and the country without presenting ID, a Citizen can't.
An Illegal can also receive all kinds of services for free that an American citizen can not.
People in this forum and country support this but don't understand it.

Also Okie was right about the bailouts, but government officials along with private sector bankers, etc received bailouts.
Again the American citizen is a second hand citizen.
You have the politicians, bankers, CEO's going down the food chain.
If you are a regular citizen you are last behind the illegals.
It is class warfare at its finest, like with cap and trade, the politicians and the rich will get richer and regular Americans will suffer.

Its too bad people celebrate what is bad for the country.
Whats the point of all of this other than a waste of time.
