Things used to be just the opposite and the deficiencies were masked by wins before the last two seasons so I feel your frustration. Nevertheless, any little critical comment was gang tackled and most either didn't to see or didn't want to admit.

This is true. Thus my sig. Just a year ago, I couldn't point out anything about the offense sucking without being attacked. My opinions haven't changed one bit, and now I'm suddenly a sunshine pumper. WTF???

I didn't say ignore the problem. I just said that right now, I think the negative media is hurting more than the negatigers.

As far as that goes, your fix works for the negatiger issue as well

LSU sports doesn't consume me so that is why I can be upset about a day or so and then let it go. I have a ton of more priorities in front of me. Sports is an escape...one that satisfies me no matter what happens from game to game. I don't feel the need to tear down or prop up after Sunday. I'm good with where we are overall and look forward to the rest of the season.

Great, the negatigers are now a laughingstock in the national media and all LSU fans get tarnished in the coverage. The negativity is such an oddity that the WSJ takes a break from the markets to snicker.

I disagreed with one thing: Red beans and rice is better than filet mignon, even when money is not an object.
