If you've been to TS in the last few years, you'll no doubt recognize this from right before the band takes the field. I really like this bit, but with the new super video board, I have a feeling they may have retired this one.

Real Player comes with a feature that lets you download videos like that from the server they're stored on. Just tried it out with one of those videos and it works great. Videos are in .flv format so you might need a video editor to convert to a format that YouTube will accept. I think there's a Firefox extension called Download Helper that does something similar.
