How do you know if DJ starting was Chief's call? And Chief finally lobbied hard enough to sit him?

How do you know it wasn't? This one is known, Les leaves Chief to the defense. Go to a practice. Its well known that Les stays out of that side of the ball.
Everyone should know this, look how well it's worked, Les would just screw it up.:)

Yep, I'll just run right down there and go to a practice. I'm sure they're all open to the public. So you're telling me the HC is completely hands off on the defense, even in personnel?

He may know even less about defense than he does about offense

I'm tell you, Les knows Chief and trusts his opinion. Les spends most of his time walking around, but loves to spend time with the OL. nick use to love spending time with the DB's. Curley loved to spend time off the practice field. Nick is spending more time around kittens than he ever did with Jimbo.

Everyone knows a Head Coach has to ok recruiting of personnel, but like I said, Les has enough trust in Chief. Chief is well known an trusted in the profession. He is one on the staff that Les won't second guess.

Like I said, he can't have any input in the defense, its running too well, an everyone knows, everytime Les gets into something he screws it up. Don't you read these boards?

I am sure you have never posted anything anyone else has ever posted or said either. That is why like 6 people post on this board. I am not privy to your other 10,000 posts. Sorry.
