I'm not one of those people as I don't think any head coach is hands-off. I do not believe Les is hands-off on any aspect of the gameplan. Regardless, it's fortunate and troubling at the same time the difference that switch made. Fortunate because the defense would still be horrible otherwise...troubling because why in the hell did it take so long? But the future is bright.
