I'm calling BS on the Internet rumor that Harris doesnt have the work ethic. "Word is" meaning pumpers have thrown Harris under the bus to exonerate CLMs QB decisions. Watch the A&M game and tell me Harris pouts on the bench and won't put on a headset. Harris' HS coach raves about his football IQ and his work ethic. Here's your assignment: google Brandon Harris work ethic and look at the articles from The Advocate and the Reveille and others praising his work ethic. Saturday down south calls it "commendable". Nola.com said it "impresses". Shall I go on. As for not knowing the playbook, compare the spring game stats btwn a guy who's been in the system for two months and one that's been in the system for over a year.
I read all that stuff from the time Harris first signed up though the first part of the season. Nothing but good about his work ethic and attitude. Its hard to believe he just did a 180 degree about face since then. Something is going on that nobody will tell us about.
He was allowed to give a radio interview with a Shreveport sports radio show several weeks after the Auburn game. Miles wouldn't have let that happen if Harris had a bad attitude and was not working hard.
If true, and I suspect it is, it leads to the OBVIOUS question to everyone but Les. Why isn't he getting any PT?
See tirk's earlier post, Jennings has been chosen and matters little what happens in the spring. Jennings would have to have an appendage amputated for Harris to play at this point.
I'm not a Nebraska fan but I like Pellini. I think the issue was more than wins/losses. I think the upper crust money people considered Bo rough around the edges and were looking for a reason to fire him. Translation- Bo didnt kiss butts.
Well room for improvement on the O but it was fun watching those poor lil Aggies chase that jet sweep wasn't it?
