According to DD this morning, Fulton"s hearing was scheduled for this afternoon and a decision was expected either later tonight or tomorrow. Fingers crossed that this ends well for us.

The sad part is his piss was clean. Per the rules you are better to fail it than cheat. Meaning, you can fail and still see the field.

If you cheat, your must think you would pop positive. So being harder on thoae that cheat is right if you ask me. Because they are guilty of two violations.
