good to see the Hornets are doing what they typically do during the winter months: make like birds and fly south in the standings. they better stop this slide before it gets like this past season.
Rockets fans... we have a Steve Francis sighting. Francis makes a runner with less than 30 secs left to put the Rox up 4, then strips Nash to seal Houston's win over Phoenix. It's about time...
I pretty much agree with the lists as they are. I think Boston will come out the East, and it is really hard for me to pick anyone but the Spurs to come out of the West. I would really like to see the Suns pull it off though. As to the discussion about the Hawks... I do not think they belong on the list yet. The Josh's and Marvin Williams are improving, but don't appear to be there yet. To me they have too many point guards (Law, Claxton, Skip to Mah Lue, Antny Johnson). Joe Johnson IS not the leader he is expected to be. This is where one of the Josh's need to step up. I'm sure Billy Knight will find away to screw this roster up. My prediction is he packages Childress and Antny for another over the hill point guard. All that said I will miss my Hawks season tickets this year.
Here are my rankings so far based on the results so far: 1. Boston 2. Spurs 3. Suns 4. Magic 5. Jazz 6. Dallas 7. Hornets 8. Bucks (5 straight and 7 of the last 9 on the road) 9. Pistons 10. Denver 11. Cavs 12. Rockets 13. Toronto 14. Lakers 15. Nets
