It was freaky this year to get two SEC teams through undefeated. A one loss west team will get through, and should be in good shape for all the marbles, if that's the only damage. You take care of ole myth, we'll take care of the barn, and BR is going to be something. I hear were wearing red down there.
I'll go with that one. As long as each of us take care of business the west will be decided in BR next yr. You can wear whatever you want, it won't matter to us, unless they make us play a day game on CBS. If it's at nite then forget about it, the Tigers take it all the way. As for a 1 loss SEC team being able to play for all the marbles, not so sure that will hold true next yr. If it turns out anything like this yr, with that many undefeated teams, a 1 loss SEC team would be left on the outside looking in, which is how I see it.
On defense: Washington, Deaderick, Reamer, Johnson On offense: Mike Johnson, Peek They were starting.
not that bad at all, if McClain goes that will definitely be the biggest loss, but doesn't look like you are losing too too much.
So you guys think Cincy would've gotten in over TCU? Wasn't TCU ahead in both human and BCS? I think Boise St.-TCU will end up being the best bowl game...
Actually I was hoping for both of these teams to be paired up against one of the power house teams. That way it would continue to validate that they should be part of the BCS. All this does is show which one of these 2 undefeated teams, that wasn't being considered for the BCS National Championship, is better.
Cincy would have gotten the nod, they are ranked 3rd in the BCS right now. TCU Boise will be a good game, it always is. This will be the 3rd time in about 7 years they play in a bowl game including last year. They met in the 2003 humanitarian bowl in Fort Worth, Boise won 34-31. and last season with TCU winning 17-16. I agree this is going to be the one i want to watch. I still wish TCU could have gotten a game against GA Tech, or Florida.
Playing 3 times in 7 years in a bowl game is a travesty for both teams. The BCS needed to man up and put both against BCS conference opponents.
