That's a laugh. Conservative radicals have been the most violent domestic terrorists of the last couple of decades . . . Montana militiamen, Rudolph the Olympic bomber, the abortion clinic assassins, McVeigh and the OKC bombing, proto-Mormon child slavery, Ruby Ridge, David Koresh, etc., etc.

Left-wing kooks hug trees and sing Kumbaya.

The point being that right-wing kooks get attention from the DNS as well and for good reason.

What about the shooter in Washington last week? Left wing kook. Tea partners and Paul supporters are probably some of the best politically informed people in the country. Red what is it you disagree or don't like about them?

But if it were Bush or Romney you would you feel the same. And you can't say Obama is clearly letting his Generals have their way without being as one sided in your opinion as you accuse others of being.

Romney has no record at all in foreign policy, we can only speculate. Bush started out in Afghanistan doing it exactly right and I supported him, you can read in right here in my posts. We used mostly airpower and special forces and let the Afghans do most of the fighting. But going into Iraq was a costly blunder and it ended up making him lose focus in Afghanistan, where we had a chance to make this end better. Instead the Taliban regrouped while we were distracted in Iraq. Karzai go into power and started working against us.

I've never said that anybody can't be one-sided in his arguments. That's what a debate is all about.

Obama's plan in Afghanistan is General Petraeus' plan. Obama put him in charge and let him operate. Don't take my word for it.

"I fully support it; I really support the president's decision. I think that what he is trying to convey, having had the benefit of 10 multiple-hour sessions and the final session in the Oval Office with him, is that there are distinct limits on our activities, and distinct limits on our goals and objectives for Afghanistan." -- David Petraeus.

Didn't they call Petraus Betrayus? I sure believe so. When bush wanted to surge democrats raised hell. We had troop surges in Iraq and had minor casualties considering. Troop casualties under Obama have tripled In half the time. I would like to hear why in 8 yrs under Bush we had 1/3 the casualties as under Obama in 4. Both surged. 1 in Iraq and 1 in Afghanistan. Change of tactics has to be the reason.Mcchrystals tactics were win the hearts and minds of the citizens, Petraus is pretty much destroy the enemy. I like the idea of mixing the two. Win the hearts and minds of citizens while shooting the enemy in the chest and head.

As I recall Obama had no experience in foreign affairs as a senator. I think Romneys experience with international business leaders will be very useful.
