A comment about a guy who eats grass by a guy who smokes grass.

I really don't think Jerry Jones will even consider hiring someone without NFL head coaching experience. It's Gruden or Cowher, IMO.

A smart Owner/GM who go that way as well, but we're talkking about someone who is Madder than the Hatter:Jerry Jones. Gruden or Cowher might actually want to coach the team or make personnel decisions.

No way Miles makes the same mistake Saban made.

He is a college coach and he knows it. I am thankful for that.

Cowher to Carolina. Book it. Daughter lives in Charlotte apparently, and you know Carolina will be turning over coaches/players, etc. after the labor negotiation stuff is over.

Regarding CLM to Dallas, unfortunately, I could actually see him making that move if they were truly interested.

Watching Miles after the game makes it very obvious that college is where he belongs and where he WANTS to be.

I have no doubt that this was Miles' greatest personal victory. He took so much pride in that it was Jordan Jefferson and Jarrett Lee both stepping up and winning this game. The players won the game for HIM. They awarded him the game ball. These are not things you see a lot in the NFL.

People were asking earlier in the season if the players had (or were going to) quit on the coaches. They were always there behind him. There was a quote somewhere that (I think) Kelvin Sheppard said that Miles makes every single one of his players feel special.

He is a college coach. You can hate him if you want. You can call him lucky for the rest of his career, but this is where he belongs. It will shock me if he leaves for the NFL.

It'll be someone with a Super Bowl ring.

You mean aside from the two college coaches he hired which coincidentally are the two guys who brought him Superbowls?
