I read on another board that Nate Harris had committed to Louisiville. Has anyone on rivals heard this yet? It has not been reported on the Insiders' site as of now.
I hadn't seen anything on him in a while but Newburg of Insiders' thought he was looking at LSU hard and we supposedly offered him. It's probably just as well that we don't get a kid that has been involved in the stuff he has.
wait, is this the big time LB that commited to Miami, but then was the get away dirver for a robbery? i thought he commited to LSU and we put him in a JC? who am i thinking of?
That's him. Minus the commit to us part. He went to JUCO and there was talk he was coming here, but it didn't happen.
Nate Harris was offered by LSU and they were recruiting at some point before he became ineligible or I should say couldn't get into Miami. Was really interested in LSU and they were showing interest back with him. I am glad he isn't going to be a Tiger, we don't need players like himself. Also, the Athletic Director would not allow him to enroll at LSU. That is probably why he doesn't mention LSU at all. Miami always led LSU during his time of a senior in high school and before his armed robbery. Harris talked LSU alot after his troubled time and before going to the JUCO school. He can't come to LSU period, that is why no interest from him anymore!
