West Virginia background...arrested for hitting his wife while there...can't seem to find anything else about where he's from.
I was up in Seattle when we played UDub. Once I got there I asked around about the fans, also after most had left, we ended up staying for almost the week. The people up there loved the fans. In fact most said the same thing. We ate and drank more than any fans, we also tipped better. Everyone I talked with wished that we would return. Same with just about every business owner. To add, Notre Dame had played their and to them, it's was no comparison, not even close. It was nice to drink all the beer in the Frontier Room, I told them to up the orders. It was great for me, once out of my beer, they handed me the mixed drinks at no charge. Even the folks in Canada enjoyed the Tiger fans. Well mostly the pubs, we did spend a little too much time in the Sticky Wicket Pub.
@LSUDad I'm willing to bet, dollar to donut, he's a fan of a college team that has been beaten, and beaten either badly or repeatedly, by LSU.
@LaSalleAve Likely; very likely. It's funny how bowl game season brings things out like that. Something that was brought to my attention a few minutes ago was how national media members act when they get to New Orleans. Suddenly, they've "discovered" a restaurant they have to recommend—and we've all been to them already.
It's a crap ass bowl game that we don't want to be in- no offense to our team or coaches - it was one of those years. We'll be fine, but this Pap smear's career has him stuck in Hillbilly town. Not our problem. Reality is any bowl game before Dec 31 is completely irrelevant. Let's beat Notre Dames ass, go home and get ready for 2015.
