I don't have a problem with LSU being #1. I was tempted to put LSU #1 myself, but OU looked too damn good and polished. In a neutral site, I believe OU is the only team that would beat us at this point.
I agree, and it is a toss up. I am pretty confident that we have the best two lines in all of football and that is a big deal to me. Though, OU has a legit argument against that they are the best up front and that scares me.
It's pretty much Bradford > Lee as the difference in the 2 teams. Lee at this point next year may very well be just as polished as Bradford. Then again, when Bradford gets a taste of our D-line, maybe he won't look so "polished".
The only weakness that my Sooners have at the moment is kick return coverage. They need to get that fixed in a hurry before it bites them in the ass.
1. LSU 2. Alabama 3. Mizzou 4. Oklahoma 5. Penn State 6. Texas 7. Texas Tech 8. BYU 9. USF 10. Ohio State (Note of Clarification: I do not want them to be here...but, Beanie Wells is back, and he makes all the difference. Besides, I do not think teams in the top 10 should be in the top ten after losing to unranked teams, or after not showing up. Maybe UF, UGA, and USC will have a chance next week.)

In all fairness, Bama looks better than us right now. We need to get way better in the defensive secondary, and the 2nd unit dl needs to play better. But we have a lot of room for improvment, and 2 weeks to work on it.
