Who knows? I don't have a problem with it, just never heard it before. I still laugh thinking about how they treated Basketball over Football at UK. Both coaches winning an SEC title, one gets a new car the other a cigarette lighter. The rest, is history.
I think Bama claims a few NC's they shouldn't so I've heard. I really don't track that kinda of stuff. I live in the present.
Which is one of the reasons I don't have a problem with it. I don't know if it was the next season, or simply a bowl game in the new year. They were awarding NC's before bowl games back then anyway. The NC debates are one of those areas I don't get into because I think it is a waste of time. The only one a school recognized that I scratched my head about was the PNC a few years ago. Other than that, I see it as one fan trying to put down another school. Who cares?
Well, when said Universities use these alleged NC as a form of snobbery, thats when opposition fans fire back at the authenticity.
Unofficially banned from there during football season. But I have been there a few times in the off season. Damn Bama Bar.
