This is how I view the strongest teams in the nation, not the predicted top 15. 1. Texas Tech (underrated defense held Dez Bryant and crew tonight) 2. Florida 3. Texas 4. Oklahoma 5. USC 6. Alabama 7. Penn State 8. Utah 9. Boise State 10. Ohio State 11. Missouri 12. Georgia 13. TCU 14. Oklahoma State 15. North Carolina
It was a fluke. Florida will demolish everything in it's wake from here on out until they hold up that crystal ball. Vandy looked like a high school team tonight. And they are very well coached. Nothing Johnson could do about it. I still don't believe in OU's defense in the big games. They always disappoint. USC's offense doesn't stack up in much the same way OU's defense lags behind.
I almost did tonight. But you guys have go to show up on defense when it counts. If you beat Tech, then yes you go ahead of Texas. OU will be ahead of Texas in the BCS if both Texas and OU win out. Which means you guys play in the Big 12 CG and have a shot at the NC vs Bama/Florida winner. So you basically hold your fate in your own hands. Interestingly enough, Tech only has 1 shot at the NC and that is to go undefeated. It's still all about WHEN you lose.
Fluke or no fluke after 60 minutes of football they loss. OU loss to the #1team in football. In the fluke rationale USC should be up there also. The FL SEC division argument is lame this year. I hate to say it, but the big 12 is stronger than the SEC. GA nor Alabama or great teams. GA squeeked one out against Kentucky and SC. Bama has also squeeked out a couple.
UGA didn't... It doesn't matter if you win 14 games only by a total of 14 points, you're still national champions.
